1.What information may be collected and how?
We require our customers to provide certain personally identifiable information which is used to provide you with a more personalised experience, to facilitate event registration, important updates, event newsletter/magazine mailings to our customers and may be required to facilitate commercial transactions.
Data, which may include a customer’s first name, last name, age, gender, address and post code, phone number, email address and credit or debit card number, may be collected from the completion of a booking form, email correspondence, posting a review or comment on our website or the entry of a competition, purchase of a ticket, (if a ticket is purchased with a third party sales agent, please refer to their privacy policies and terms)
We may offer options to register to receive free emails/newsletters/magazines to share information with you about us our events, our business partners, advertisers and sponsors. An option to unsubscribe from these mailers will be included in the emails sent.
We may operate competitions through the website, which may require registration. Your personally identifiable information may be used to contact you for winner notification, prize delivery confirmation or other related purposes. We reserve the right to post publicly some of your information on the Site, such as on a winner’s page, in the event you win a contest or competition. Please refer to specific competition terms.

Pixelling a user, also known as beaconing, entails the dropping one or more cookies on a user’s browser following a particular event such as visiting a page, viewing or clicking a particular advert. It causes the user’s browser to make requests to a webserver at which point the user is “pixelled”.
