The days are split into two, 4-hour ticketed session, 10am – 2pm and 2.30pm – 6.30pm

Your ticket will entitle you to access the event on your chosen time.

How to get to Royal Lancaster London

London Underground:

Lancaster Gate (Central Line) tube station is adjacent to the hotel. Exit the station and turn left and then first left.

Visit Transport for London’s Useful Journey Planner

Paddington tube and railway stations are a mere 6 minute walk from the hotel.

London Buses: bus routes (94 and 148) pass the hotel.

Heathrow Airport:

Our hotel is located only half an hour from Heathrow via Heathrow Express, in Paddington Station.

Gatwick Airport:

Gatwick Express connects Gatwick Airport to Victoria station in about 30 minutes and then a direct 20 minute bus ride connects Victoria Station to the hotel.

Stansted Airport:

Stansted Express connects Stansted Airport to Liverpool Street station in just about 45 minutes. The journey from Liverpool Street to Lancaster Gate is about 15 minutes via the Central Line.

Luton Airport:

The Luton Express connects Luton Airport to Kings Cross Station. Kings Cross to Lancaster Gate is a 25-minute journey via the Hammersmith line or Circle line to Paddington.

London City Airport

The DLR from London City Airport to Bank Station and then the Central Line to Lancaster Gate will take approximately 50 minutes.
